Palm Beach Concierge Medicine is a women-owned, physician-led concierge practice in Boca Raton founded by Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui and her husband, Imran Siddiqui. The practice was created around a simple idea: when a physician has the time and capacity to truly know a patient, medicine becomes more personal, more connected, and easier to navigate.

Palm Beach Concierge Medicine was founded on a simple but powerful belief: healthcare should be personal.

Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui founded Palm Beach Concierge Medicine with her husband and Co-Founder, Imran Siddiqui, to create a practice where clinical care can remain deeply personal while the business and operational side supports that relationship rather than competing with it.
