Why Members Choose Us

Why Wellington Residents Choose Palm Beach Concierge Medicine

Continuity Through Season

From January through spring, many Wellington households run on the show schedule. Telemedicine and direct physician access keep care on track when a drive is not realistic.

Worth the Drive When It Matters

Office visits are saved for what needs to be in person: the annual comprehensive evaluation, physicals and exam-based follow-up, with labs drawn the same day.

One Physician, Every Season

Whether you live in Wellington full time or arrive for the winter, you keep the same physician, the same records and the same care plan each season.

Built for Wellington

Why This Model Fits Wellington

Wellington is one of the most demanding communities in South Florida to be a patient in. Equestrian families during the Winter Equestrian Festival season, professionals at the Mall at Wellington Green corridor, longtime families throughout the Wellington master-planned communities, and a substantial seasonal population that moves in and out.

Conventional primary care is hard to maintain across that kind of schedule. Concierge medicine, paired with telemedicine, is specifically suited to it. Palm Beach Concierge Medicine serves Wellington members from our West Boca office, with a deliberate emphasis on virtual continuity during season and in-office work for annual evaluations and anything that needs a physical exam.

Local Care

Care That Fits Wellington Life

Wellington's calendar is unlike anywhere else in South Florida. Equestrian families, riders and trainers, and seasonal residents often have weeks when a two-hour round trip is out of the question. Membership is built to keep care going in those weeks, through telemedicine and direct contact with your physician.

In the quieter months, members come in for their comprehensive evaluation and preventive care, so the busy season starts with a plan in place.

Wellington FAQ

Wellington FAQ

How far is your office from Wellington?

Our office at 9970 N Central Park Blvd #303 is in West Boca Raton. For most Wellington residents, the drive is approximately 35 to 50 minutes via Florida's Turnpike or State Road 7, depending on traffic and your starting point.

I am in Wellington only for the season. How does membership work?

Membership is a continuous physician relationship. While you are in Florida you have full in-office and telemedicine access. Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui is licensed in Florida, so visits take place while you are in the state. When you are away, the practice can share your records and coordinate with your physicians at home.

Wellington is a drive. Can I keep most of my care virtual?

Yes. Many Wellington members handle lab reviews, medication adjustments and follow-up questions by telemedicine, and come to the office for the annual evaluation and anything that needs an exam.

Are you accepting new Wellington members?

Enrollment is limited because the panel is intentionally small. Call 561.802.7226 or request a free consultation to check availability.
