Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui, Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Abeer Aziz-Siddiqui is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over a decade of leadership experience in some of Florida’s largest healthcare systems. She currently serves as Regional Medical Director for HCA Florida’s East Florida Division where she shapes the future of patient care across South Florida.
But at her core, Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui is a doctor first. She believes great medicine starts with great relationships—ones built on trust, time, and true partnership. At Palm Beach Concierge Medicine, she brings that philosophy to life, ensuring patients receive thoughtful, unhurried care, proactive guidance, and an advocate who will always fight for their health.

With a background in business growth and strategy, Imran Siddiqui ensures that every aspect of Palm Beach Concierge Medicine runs seamlessly, allowing doctors to focus entirely on what matters most: patient care.
He oversees operations, scaling, and innovation—always with the goal of preserving the integrity of the patient-doctor relationship.
